Executive Choice Realty Sells 1,000th Home

Simpsonville, SC, 3/9/2009Executive Choice Realty of Simpsonville announced today the closing on the sale of their 1,000th home. This body of work represents 10 years of selling Real Estate in the Simpsonville area.

"We're very excited about reaching this significant milestone," said company owner. "Over the years we have accumulated a significant amount of knowledge regarding the local real estate market".

The 1,000 sales have been completed throughout the Simpsonville area. Executive Choice Realty's strong local knowledge and marketing techniques have been used to help make sales meeting clients time and price requirements.

Executive Choice Realty was founded in 1999 when owner Carolyn Wiggins completed her apprenticeship and went into business for herself. Since then, the firm has expanded its staff and coverage areas every year. Currently, Executive Choice Realty employs 28 full time Agents and 5 support staff members.
